To Our Loyal Customers： 

We at BEA HAIRS are horrified by the systemic racism that subjugates Black lives in the United States and worldwide. We are outraged at the death of George Floyd, and other African Americans, that was born out of a system of inequality and oppression. Their deaths are unpardonable acts. This is not the time for us to stick their heads in the sand. Racism is dehumanizing to everyone it touches.

Therefore, the Bea Hairs family has joined the fight as we raise our voices against this very inhumane practice, and this is just the beginning.

We have an ongoing commitment to:

- have open conversations about race, to ensure that all anti-racism tenets are upheld with our company

- post positive, up lifting, anti-racist social media content that will empower and show the strength, power, intelligence, and contributions of the Black community.

- foster positive relationships with Black Stylists, beauty professionals, and influencers, and customers.

- gain input from our Black employees, and the Black community at large, to support, protect, and empower Black lives across the globe.

With a customer base and social media following of 700,000 customers, the majority being Black women, we stand in support of the Black Lives Matter movement. Positive change does not come without action. We pledge to address, condemn, correct and discipline any actions of racism with our company and the partners with whom we do business.

Lastly we would like to acknowledge our U.S. based manager, a Black woman, for providing leadership and fostering conversations on the history of racism and what steps we need to take, going forward, to build a better world for us all.

The changes we make today, will make for a better tomorrow.
